Refurbishment of Social / Affordable in Wiltshire

Situated in Devizes, this project successfully revitalised three buildings within Snuff Court, along with adjacent low-level properties. A total of 27 units were enhanced through the installation of a new lift and comprehensive upgrades, which included a modern kitchen, bathroom, window replacements, and new flooring, heating systems and complete redecoration throughout. Additionally, minor exterior improvements were made to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the buildings and their surroundings.
