Void Disposal Programme

The Void disposal programme is a brilliant way of both improving homes and generating income to build more properties for rent. We have been working on the project for over 5 years and in that time, we have played our part in a transformational and imaginative piece of work, enhancing the existing social housing stock through refurbishment to meet an everincreasing demand.

The improvements encompass the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, decorations, and floor finishes, as well as updates to plumbing and electrical systems. The upgrading of windows, along with minor external enhancements, prepares the home for new tenants or sale
