After being vacant for many years, this ‘John Nash Pavilion-Style’ house was in poor condition. A complete refurbishment was carried out, which included external renovations, upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems, joinery, a new traditional style kitchen, and updated bathrooms. With a commitment to preserving its period features, the final construction and finishing work has revitalised this historic gem. Remarkably, all of this was achieved during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing resilience and dedication.
