This refurbishment project aims to revitalize a Grade II listed farm cottage on the borders of Kent and Surrey through the following enhancements:

  • Renovating bathrooms for modern comfort.
  • Crafting custom joinery to add a unique touch throughout the home.
  • Installing slip brick floors for durability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Upgrading mechanical and electrical systems to meet modern standards.
  • Extending the oak-framed garage for plant equipment and a utility room.
  • Transforming the garden with landscaping to create a serene outdoor space.
  • Adding a natural swimming pool and lakes to enhance recreational features.

This project blends modern comfort with historical integrity, creating a beautiful and functional living space, and won commendation at the Surrey Historic Buildings Trust Awards on Wednesday 9th April 2025.
