Permitted Developments

The refurbishment of an existing office building with Permitted Development (PD) status has been a significant step forward, resulting in the creation of 13 affordable apartments for Dartford Council. The project involved thoughtfully dismantling the original office layout, which allowed for installing modern, fire-rated partitioning. The new design encompasses fully updated kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, ultimately enhancing the comfort and functionality of these homes for the community. Installation of skylights created open and attractive spaces for the residents to enjoy. This initiative addresses housing needs and revitalises the area, fostering a more supportive living environment.
