This was a Pilot Void Disposal Programme: The upgrade and refurbishment of 11 properties to enhance their appeal for sale. The improvements include comprehensive interior repairs and decorations, safe asbestos removal, installation of interior thermal insulation, as well as minor mechanical and electrical enhancements. This initiative aims to ensure each property meets high standards and provides potential buyers with a welcoming and safe environment.

The project was successful and has led to a further batch of properties being delivered to the same specification.
